GUIDELINES FOR WORSHIP
All in-person services will be at reduced capacity, no more than 50 parishioners.
Parishioners and Clergy must conduct a self-assessment and not enter the church/offices if they are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to COVID 19. Please do not attend worship if you are feeling ill in any way or if you are in a high risk group.
Parishioners will check in with an usher upon entrance to service to verify contact information.
Parishioners will be directed to designated pews to maintain social distancing.
While participating at services, please maintain a safe socially-distant 6 feet apart and wear a mask.
Parishioners are asked to remain in their pew throughout the services unless they need to visit restroom.
We encourage all parishioners to carry a personal safety kit that includes a mask or facial covering, personal hand sanitizer and facial wipes. Disposable masks will be provided, if needed.
Single use bulletins will be provided. Prayer books have been removed from the pews. There will be no singing.
There will be no collection of the offering. Offerings can be placed in the offering plate at the entrance to the church.
Readers must be 20 feet away from those in front of them if they are not using a mask.
Clergy will distribute Communion to you while you are in your pew. Please remain seated to allow for as much social distancing as possible. The clergy will disinfect their hands before distributing communion and wear a mask.
Parishioners will be instructed by ushers when to exit their pews to ensure social distancing.
Entering and Exiting Services
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to service. Parishioners are encouraged to wait in their cars until the scheduled service.
All parishioners will be encouraged to remain socially distant before, after and during services. Please do not congregate before and after services while on the church property.
Ushers will direct you in and out. When entering and leaving please maintain a six foot distance. On leaving, the clergy will greet you outside at a six foot distance.
*Outdoor worship guidelines
This will be tailgate style at the back of the parish house.
The parking lot will be closed to through traffic.
Cars will be parked in every other parking spot and people will bring their own chairs.
Some chairs will be provided spaced 6 feet apart and away from the cars and the worship leaders.
Masks are to be worn if you come within 6 feet of someone outside your family group.
Masks are to be worn if you use the restrooms in the parish house.
Communion will be brought to participants following the same guidelines for indoor services.
Single use bulletins will be provided, but participants are encouraged to view the bulletin on their phone/ipad/computer.
In case of rain, the 5 pm family worship will happen online via zoom as it does now.
